What this site actually stores

• One preference entry on your device remembering the choice you make here — that's the essential category. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it is kept for the current browsing session only ("enovata-consent-session-v2"): it is discarded when your browsing session ends or after 24 hours, whichever comes first, and a new session starts with a fresh choice and asks again (opening the site in a new tab counts as a new session). In those regions it is kept for up to six months ("enovata-consent-regulated-v3", with the date you chose) so you are not asked on every visit, and you can change it here at any time. An older entry used before September 10, 2026 ("enovata-consent-v1") is removed automatically the first time you visit — in those regions, a saved "Essential only" is carried over so you are not silently asked again, while a saved "Allow" is not, so you are asked afresh.
• If you use the voice demo or the live chat, functional cookies from this site only: a signed entry ("ava_allow", 24 hours) metering the voice demo’s courtesy limit of three demos per rolling 24 hours, and a day-marker ("ai_chat_d"), set when you send your first live-chat message, so a conversation is counted once. Neither tracks you, neither leaves this site, and both expire on their own.
• Live chat, on every page. The chat button in the corner is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). It is a third-party component and it loads for every visitor on every page — before, and regardless of, the choice you make here. It is a way to reach us, not measurement, and using it does not switch analytics on. Loading it tells that provider your IP address and browser, stores its own session entries on your device alongside the preference above, lets it set its own security cookie, and opens a session with its attribution service so a conversation can be matched to the page it started from. Its bot-verification step is provided by Cloudflare and its fonts by bunny.net — both receive standard request data (like your IP address) when the widget loads. If you would rather not use it, simply do not open it.
• The live voice demo ("Meet Ava", homepage) is the same provider's component: it loads third-party code on that page and stores its own session data when you use it. Your microphone activates only when you start the demo, and never otherwise.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 measures usage that does not identify you by name — which pages help, which demos get used. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland nothing from Google loads until you allow it; and your choice there is remembered for up to six months; everywhere else it is on when you arrive, for the current browsing session, and the toggle above switches it off. Switching it off stops further measurement from that moment for the rest of this visit and removes the Google Analytics cookies the site can reach (“_ga”, “_ga_…”) — what was measured before you switched it off, including the first page view, has already been sent. Outside those regions a new browsing session starts fresh and asks again. What Google Analytics reports to us is aggregate usage and approximate geography (city, region, country, derived by Google from your connection) — never your identity, your employer, or your exact location, and we keep no location database of our own. Advertising signals are refused everywhere, in every region.
• Advertising trackers: none — nothing on this site profiles you for ads, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising. Apart from analytics, the one tracking-shaped request the site makes is the live chat’s own session call described above.
• How the site knows which rule applies to you: when a page loads it asks our own server one question — whether the country our host has already worked out from your connection is one where analytics needs your permission first — and gets back yes or no. Our own code never reads your IP address for this and doesn't keep the country. It keeps only the answer, in one session cookie ("enovata-lane", the single word "open" or "regulated", never the country) so every page knows the rule the moment it loads; that cookie is gone when your browsing session ends.
• Visit counting, without cookies: the site counts its own visits, for every visitor, and stores nothing on your device for it. For each page view our host works out an approximate location from your connection — city, region and country — and our server records that location, the page, the site you came from and the day; the page also sends one small request to our own server, carrying only the page address, to confirm it was really shown. It never records your IP address; to tell visits apart within a day it keeps a short code derived from your connection with a secret that changes every day, so the code cannot be turned back into your address and does not carry over to tomorrow. Aggregate statistics only; because nothing is stored on your device, there is nothing to switch off.
• The scripted demonstrations (the rank map, the back-office demo) run entirely in your browser and work the same whatever you choose.
