What this site actually stores
- One preference entry on your device ("enovata-consent-v1") remembering the choice you make here — that's the essential category.
- If you use the voice demo or the live chat, functional cookies from this site only: a signed entry ("ava_allow", 24 hours) metering the voice demo’s courtesy limit of three demos per rolling 24 hours, and a day-marker ("ai_chat_d"), set when you send your first live-chat message, so a conversation is counted once. Neither tracks you, neither leaves this site, and both expire on their own.
- Live chat, on every page. The chat button in the corner is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). It is a third-party component and it loads for every visitor on every page — before, and regardless of, the choice you make here. It is a way to reach us, not measurement, and using it does not switch analytics on. Loading it tells that provider your IP address and browser, stores its own session entries on your device alongside the preference above, lets it set its own security cookie, and opens a session with its attribution service so a conversation can be matched to the page it started from. Its bot-verification step is provided by Cloudflare and its fonts by bunny.net — both receive standard request data (like your IP address) when the widget loads. If you would rather not use it, simply do not open it.
- The live voice demo ("Meet Ava", homepage) is the same provider's component: it loads third-party code on that page and stores its own session data when you use it. Your microphone activates only when you start the demo, and never otherwise.
- Analytics: only if you allow it, we measure anonymous usage — which pages help, which demos get used. No analytics provider is connected yet; your choice here governs what may load when one is.
- Advertising trackers: none — nothing on this site profiles you for ads, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising. The one tracking-shaped request the site makes is the live chat’s own session call described above.
- The scripted demonstrations (the rank map, the back-office demo) run entirely in your browser and work the same whatever you choose.
