Introduction
Welcome to Enovata Solutions, LLC (“Enovata Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We value your privacy and the security of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is and isn’t collected when you use our website at www.enovatasolutions.com (the “Website”), how we use what you choose to share with us, and the choices you have. It also explains what happens when you follow a link from the Website to our scheduling and offer pages, which run on a separate subdomain described below.
What This Website Collects
You can browse every page of the Website without providing any personal information. The Website has no user accounts, no newsletter sign-up, and no order processing.
The contact form on our Contact page is the one place the Website itself asks for information. The form itself is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the same provider described under Scheduling, embedded on that page — it loads for every visitor to the page, which tells that provider your IP address and browser. If you use it, we collect what you enter — your name, business name, email address, and phone number, plus what you need help with and how you would like us to reply if you choose to provide them. Submissions go directly to that provider, where they become a contact record and a form submission, and we use them for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about. Contact-form submissions are not added to marketing lists unless you tick a box on the form that says so.
You can also contact us directly — by phone or email using the links on the Website — and we receive whatever you choose to share the same way.
Like most websites, the servers that deliver the Website keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build visitor profiles.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website sets no advertising cookies. It sets analytics cookies only while analytics is running for you, which depends on where you are and on the choice you make (see Analytics below). It stores exactly one preference on your device remembering the choice you make on the banner or on our Cookie Settings page, and that entry is essential to honoring your choice. It also sets one functional session cookie, “enovata-lane”, holding only the word “open” or “regulated” — which of the two regional rules applies to you, never your country — so each page knows the rule the moment it loads; it expires when your browsing session ends. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it is a browser session-storage entry (“enovata-consent-session-v2”) kept for the current browsing session only and discarded when the session ends or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. In those regions it is a browser storage entry (“enovata-consent-regulated-v3”, holding your choice and the date you made it) kept for up to six months. A longer-lived entry used before September 10, 2026 (“enovata-consent-v1”) is removed automatically the first time you visit after that date; in the regions just named, a saved “Essential only” is carried over into the new entry so you are not silently asked again, while a saved “Allow” is not carried over and you are asked afresh. If you use the voice demo or the live chat, the Website also sets short-lived functional cookies of its own — a signed 24-hour entry (“ava_allow”) metering the voice demo’s courtesy limit, and a day-marker (“ai_chat_d”), set when you send your first live-chat message, so a conversation is counted once — each set only when that feature exists on the site and you use it; they track nothing and expire on their own. The live chat described below is a third-party component and stores its own session entries, and its provider sets its own security cookie, when it loads.
Analytics: the Website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to measure usage that does not identify you by name: which pages are visited, which demonstrations are used, where visits come from, and how pages are used (for example scrolling and outbound clicks). Whether it runs before you make a choice depends on where you are. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, nothing from Google loads until you allow analytics — on the banner or on our Cookie Settings page — and Google Analytics is separately instructed to store nothing for visitors in those regions until you do. In those regions your choice — to allow or to decline — is remembered on your device for up to six months so that you are not asked on every visit, and you can change it at any time on the Cookie Settings page. Everywhere else, analytics is on by default for the current browsing session: it starts measuring when you arrive, including the first page you land on, and you can switch it off at any time on the banner or on the Cookie Settings page. Switching it off stops further measurement from that point for the rest of your visit (up to 24 hours); what was measured before you switched it off has already been sent and cannot be recalled, and choosing “Essential only” prevents anything further during that visit. Outside the regions named above your choice applies to the current browsing session only, for at most 24 hours: when you start a new browsing session, the Website starts fresh — analytics on by default — and asks you again. What Google Analytics reports to us is aggregate usage and approximate geography (such as city, region and country, derived by Google from your connection); it does not identify you to us, we do not use it to identify anyone or any employer, and we keep no location database of our own. When Google Analytics runs it sets cookies named “_ga” and “_ga_” followed by our property identifier (they last up to two years), assigns a random identifier to your browser, and sends usage data to Google; Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses and uses them only to derive an approximate location — a city or region, not a street address — before discarding them. The Website sends no identifier of its own and makes no attempt to recognise you as an individual. Advertising is refused for every visitor in every region: the Website tells Google that advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization are all denied, and the tag disables Google Signals and ad personalization, so none of this is used to build an advertising profile of you. Google processes this data under its own terms, which may include servers in the United States. If you switch analytics off, the Website also removes the Google Analytics cookies it can reach; you can also install Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
How we apply that regional rule: when a page loads, our server reads the approximate country our hosting provider has already worked out from your connection, and answers the page with one thing only — whether that country is one where analytics needs your permission first. Our own code never reads your IP address for this, does not keep the country, and keeps only the answer — in one session cookie named “enovata-lane” holding the single word “open” or “regulated”, never the country — so every page knows which rule applies at once instead of asking again; that cookie is gone when your browsing session ends; our hosting provider handles your connection in order to serve the site, as any host must. If that answer is unavailable, Google’s own regional setting still applies, so a visitor in one of those regions is not measured because of a failure on our side.
Visit counting without cookies: the Website counts its own visits, for every visitor and in every region, and stores nothing on your device for it. For each page view our hosting provider works out an approximate location from your connection — city, region and country — and our server records that location, the page viewed, the site you came from and the day; the page also sends one small request to our own server, carrying only the page address, to confirm it was really shown. It never records your IP address; to tell visits apart within a day it keeps a short code derived from your connection together with a secret that changes every day, so the code cannot be turned back into your address and is not the same code tomorrow. These records are used for aggregate statistics only — how many visits, from where, to which pages — are kept by us in our own database, and are not shared with an analytics provider. Because nothing is stored on your device for this, there is nothing to switch off.
Advertising trackers: none. Nothing on the Website profiles you for advertising and nothing is sold or shared for advertising. Apart from analytics, the one tracking-shaped request the Website makes is the live chat’s own session call, described below. The scripted demonstrations on the Website run entirely in your browser and work the same whatever you choose.
Live chat: the chat button in the corner of every page is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the same provider described under Scheduling. It is a third-party component and it loads on every page for every visitor, whether or not you allow analytics and before you make any choice — it is a way to reach us, not measurement, and using it does not switch analytics on. Loading it tells that provider your IP address and browser, it may store its own data on your device, and it opens a session with the provider’s attribution service so that a conversation can be matched to the page it started from; its bot-verification step is provided by Cloudflare and its fonts are served by bunny.net, both of which receive standard request data (such as your IP address) when the widget loads. Anything you type into it is processed by that provider so that we can reply. If you would rather not use it, simply do not open it.
Live voice demo: the “Meet Ava” section on our homepage is a live demonstration provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Unlike the scripted demos, it is a third-party component and it loads on the homepage whether or not you allow analytics — it is a feature of the page, not measurement, and using it does not switch analytics on. Loading it tells that provider your IP address and browser, and it may store its own data on your device. It uses your microphone only after your browser asks you and you agree, and what you say during a demo is processed by that provider so the assistant can respond. If you would rather not use it, simply do not start it.

Scheduling and Offer Pages (Our Subdomain)
When you book a consultation or visit an offer page, you leave the Website for enhance.enovatasolutions.com. Those pages are operated by us on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), a third-party scheduling and communications service, which processes the information you submit there — such as your name, phone number, email address, and appointment details — so that we can schedule with you and respond.
Links from the Website to those pages carry simple source labels (UTM parameters) that tell us which page sent you. They identify the page, not you.
Where a form on those pages asks for text-message consent, the form states its own terms where it appears.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you share with us to respond to your inquiries, to schedule and provide services, and to run our business.
With your consent where required by applicable law, we may send you updates or promotional communications about our services. You can opt out at any time, as described under Your Choices below.
We may also use information to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the scheduling and communications service described above, which also stores contact-form submissions on our behalf, and Google LLC (Google Analytics 4), which receives the usage data described under Cookies and Similar Technologies while analytics is running for you — when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or with your explicit consent.
Data Security
The Website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the Website is encrypted in transit. Access to the business systems that hold what you share with us is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
Your Choices
Access and correction: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or update anything that is wrong or incomplete, using the contact details below.
Opt-out: you may opt out of promotional communications at any time — by using the unsubscribe link in an email, by replying to tell us, or by contacting us directly.
Do Not Track
Our Website does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect it.
Minors’ Privacy
Our Website is not intended for use by minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors under 18. If you believe that a minor under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take appropriate steps to remove such information.
